Shipping policy
1. Deliveries are made to the postal address indicated by the registered user on the order form, explicitly excluding the territories of Campione d'Italia, Livigno, San Marino and Vatican City, Africa, Albania, Central America and the Caribbean, Andorra, Asia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Russian Federation, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Iceland, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Middle East, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North America, Norway, Oceania, United Kingdom, Serbia, South America, Southeast Asia, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Switzerland, and Ukraine. It is understood that the address indicated by the registered user on the order form is considered the shipping address and cannot be changed under any circumstances after the purchase process has been completed. The registered user is solely responsible for the shipping address provided. To prevent fraud, the courier responsible for delivery reserves the right to verify the registered user's identity by verifying an identity document confirming that the order and payment details match. For the same purpose, the registered user must provide a telephone number, preferably a mobile phone, to be used during the transaction or shipment, as well as the name on the intercom or bell at the delivery address.
2. Delivery times are those indicated during the purchase process. If a specific delivery date is not specified, delivery will occur no later than 30 (thirty) days after order confirmation by Miry Shop.
3. Upon delivery of the Products to the designated courier, the registered user will be sent a shipping confirmation email, containing, where possible, a tracking code to check the shipment status on the courier's website. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday, during normal business hours, excluding holidays.
4. Delivery is considered complete when the product is made available to the registered user at the address indicated on the order form. No deliveries upstairs.
5. In the event that delivery is prevented due to force majeure, Miry Shop cannot be held liable under any circumstances.
6. In the event of non-delivery or late delivery of the product, the registered user may submit a complaint to Miry Shop by email to the following address: contact@miryshop.com, indicating the order number and date as indicated in the order confirmation email, as well as the invoice information for which it was issued. Miry Shop will examine the complaint and communicate the outcome to the Registered User as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the date of submission of the complaint. If the failure or delay in delivery is attributable to Miry Shop and is not due to an inability to deliver that has already been resolved, fortuitous, or due to force majeure:
- In the event of failure to deliver, Miry Shop will refund the amounts paid by the registered user as quickly as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days of the delivery date. The refund amount will be communicated via email and credited via the same payment method used by the registered user, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, or via voucher. It is understood that Miry Shop assumes no responsibility for delays in processing the refund, whether due to the payment method used by the registered user, by Miry Shop's bank, or by the registered user's bank. The registered user's right to take advantage of current commercial offers remains unchanged;
- In the event of a delay in delivery exceeding 30 (thirty) days compared to the specific delivery time indicated on the Site or, where applicable, compared to the maximum term of 30 (thirty) days from the date of order placement, if the registered user wishes to keep the purchased products, Miry Shop will refund the amounts paid by the registered user for shipping costs as quickly as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) hours from the date the complaint was filed. If, however, the registered user does not wish to retain the products, the previous paragraph will apply.
